Michael T. Mochary, 73, a Warwick resident since 1952, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Nicholas S. and Ann (Gulash) Mochary.

Michael was a skilled mechanic in the automotive industry for over 50 years. He was a longtime member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish, Warwick. Michael was an avid fisherman and enjoyed attending race car events. He graduated from R.I. Junior College, and he attended Roger Williams University.

Michael is survived by his devoted sister, Michelle A. Abram (Gregory), his nephew and nieces Gregory R. Abram, Jr. (Rose), Allison A. Incze (Mark), Christine M. Grantz (Thomas) and his cherished grandnieces Eliana Abram and Autumn Incze.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 10:00AM at St. Gregory the Great Church, 260 Cowesett Road, Warwick. Interment will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tn 38105.
